Event - note&request.update.date.x.days.in.the.past

This notification event is used to send notifications about customers, for who the last created / updated note was X days ago or there was a request reply in a work request, where customer is assigned as a related customer, created X days ago. Note allocation is checked in these areas:

  • customer
  • customer's contact person
  • customer's opportunity

Terminology in this documentation:

  • assignment = note was created / updated in any area listed above or request reply was created in a work request, where customer is assigned as a related customer.

Event is fired for all the customers, who meet the following criteria:

  • there was an assignment exactly X days ago
  • no newer assignment exists for the customer

Following attributes are supported for the event:

  • Days Interval: Required. Will filter customers, for who the last assignment was X days in the past.
  • Days Type: All / Business Days. Whether all days or only business days (week days) should be calculated for Days Interval.
  • Exclude Customers Tagged as: Optional. If selected, only customers without the selected tags are filtered.
  • Include Customers Tagged as: Optional. If selected, only customers with the selected tags are filtered.
  • Exclude Work Requests Tagged As: Optional. If selected, only work requests without the selected tags are filtered. This filter is applied only for request replies.
  • Include Work Requests Tagged As: Optional. If selected, only work requests with the selected tags are filtered. This filter is applied only for request replies.
  • Work Request Statuses: Optional. If selected, only work requests in the selected statuses will be checked. This filter is applied only for request replies.

Supported actions:

  1. Process: Selected process will be executed with parameters:
    • Customer ID
    • Opportunity ID
    • Request ID - only for request replies
