Effective sales management will always be furnished with a system that empowers the rapid creation of reports and forecasts. Sales opportunity reports and forecasts are vital to sales management. Without them, management cannot correctly be done, and sales targets cannot be accurately forecast or set. This article explains how to view an Opportunity Report in Fortix.
To access the Opportunities Report, click REPORTS and the Opportunities Report Icon.
The address bar link is: /?crm_reports&op=opportunities
The Opportunities Report page opens. Information can be filtered by selecting criteria based on Dates Created and Closed. Opportunity Status, Type and Users.
OPPORTUNITY STATUSES Pie Chart Report
The list display functions as with the normal Opportunities page. The Action tab gives access to sending emails, Creating Requests, adding Notes, Uploading documents, Adding Estimates, Marking as Success, Assigning Tags or deleting.
The List columns can be displayed by clicking the More matrix menu and clicking Setup.
By clicking the eyes, the columns are displayed or hidden. The order of the display can be moved around as well with the arrow handles.
