Create Job Types Picklist
Fortix systems provide Picklists which are selection lists used to populate the Job Types data input field in Projects with one of a number of predefined values. This article explains how to create a Job Types Picklist.
Click Job Types tab under PROJECTS section in the Picklist page.
The Picklists - Job Types page opens with a list of Job Types. Click Add New to Add another Job Types.
The address bar link is : ?codelists&cl=project_types
Add the new Job Types name. Click the paintbrush and pick a colour for the New Job Type. Click OK.
Order of display in the list and if it should be a Default status. Click the down arrow in the Profile field and select which company Profile this Job Types will be visible to. Refer article How to create a Profile. Only records belonging to the assigned Profile will see the Job Types.
Click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
Job Types can be Edited by clicking on the underlined Job Types. Click Delete at the end of the row to Remove the Job Types.
