Managing TagManage (View, Use, Edit, Delete, Assign and Create Tags) Permissions in Fortix
Tags are used to aid classification, mark ownership, note boundaries, and improve group search of unrelated records. To protect this valuable information source, the Fortix system enables you to assign certain users with appropriate authorisations to view, use, edit, delete, assign and create Tags.
This article explains how to set up these permissions.
Access Auth Manager by clicking on the Setup gear, then the Auth Manager Icon under SECURITY.

The Auth Manager page opens with ROLES hierarchy component, PERMISSIONS hierarchy component and a PERMISSIONS list component. In the PERMISSIONS list component scroll down and find and click TagManage Permission which will open the Auth Manager page with the PERMISSION form.
Tick the appropriate boxes next to the Roles that have the TagManage permission. Any user with all or one of these roles will be able to view, assign, unassign, create, edit and delete tags.
