How to Contact Fortix for Support
There is a number of ways to be in touch with us. The best and most convenient way is to use email. Our dedicated Fortix team is constantly monitoring all enquiries and is helping our clients. The support email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 426 311 and select support option. Our usual working hours are Mon - Fri from 8 am to 5 pm AWST (Perth, WA). If we are not available you will be able to leave us a message and we will get back to you.
Each time you send an email to Fortix support you will receive a tracking number acknowledging your request, the number will also be used to track our correspondence with you. Depending on your agreement with us, we usually aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days.
The third option of how to reach us is from the software. You can find the link to Fortix support by clicking on your picture on the right top of the screen.
The CONTACT FORTIX SUPPORT form opens. Add as much information possible to enable our engineers to help you.
Attach a screenshot of the issue, address URL of the page you are on describing the issue in detail.
Click SEND when completed.
This option will send additional system information to assist with fixing the issue.
