Use Branch T&C in Quotes

Your customers might be assigned to branches that belong to your company. When preparing a Quote, the branch-specific Term and Conditions can be added to the quote.

This article explains how to set up the branch-specific terms and conditions feature.

Click COMMUNICATION and Document Manager. The Document Templates List View displays all the uploaded templates. Click Add New to create a branch-specific Terms and Conditions document..

Click the Gear Icon - Setup and find Default Options under the SYSTEM menu.

The DEFAULT OPTION form opens. Click the Internal Customer field data which should be your company.

The Contacts page will open with the EDIT CONTACT form. Locate the Branches Component on the page. Click on the branch where the T&C document needs to be added in the BRANCHES component.

The Branches page opens with the EDIT BRANCH form enabled.

Click the down-arrow in the Terms and Conditions field and select the correct document.

Click SAVE to commit the record to the system.

To setup the branch options in Quotes Navigate to the Quote Setup form.

Click the Gear Icon - Setup and find Quotes Setup under the STOCK menu.

The QUOTES SETUP form open. Find the Show Registration Form Branch Logo. Click Yes. If enabled and exists, the Registration Form Branch Logo will be used on quote PDF instead of the default quote logo

Find the Show "Registration Branch" field in Quote. Click Yes.  If this setup is set to Yes "Registration Branch" field will be displayed in the Quote form

Click SAVE to commit the record to the system.

Use the BRANCH column to filter the customer contacts per branch in the contact list view. To add or edit click on the customer.

The Contacts page will open with the EDIT CONTACT form. Locate the Office Use Data by scrolling down on the page.

Click the down Arrow in the Registration Form Branch and select the branch that this customer belongs to.

Navigate to the Quotes page and add or edit a quote that needs branch specific Terms and Conditions.

Find the Registration Branch field, click the down arrow and select the correct branch.

The Include Terms & Conditions field is automatically populated with the correct document with the option to change.
