How to add Tag Category
Fortix systems provide Picklists which are selection lists used to populate the Tag Categories data input field in Tag with one of a number of predefined values. This article explains how to create a Tag Categories Picklist.
Click Tag Categories tab under SYSTEM section in the Picklist page.

The Picklists - Tag Categories page opens with a list of Tag Categories. Click Add New to Add another Tag Category.
Add the new Tag Categories, Order of display in the list and if it should be a Default status. Click the down arrow in the Profile field and select which company Profile this Tag category will be visible to. Refer article How to create a Profile. Only records belonging to the assigned Profile will see the Tag Categories.
Complete the new entry and click SAVE to commit the changes to the system.
Tag Categories can be edited by clicking on the underlined Tag Categories. Click the down arrow in the Action tab at the end of the row to Remove the Tag Categories.
