Add a Signature to Contact Person Record
The signature of a contact person can be stored in Fortix.
This article explains how to add this feature to your CRM as well as how to use this.
Access the Contact Screen by Clicking on CONTACTS and Contact Persons in the Main Heading bar. Click the down arrow in the Action tab to find the signature option. If the option is not available click the More Menu option to activate the signature option.
The address bar link is: /?customers
Select Actions & Attributes from the More Menu.
The ACTIONS ICONS & ATTRIBUTES form opens. Click the Signature box to activate the feature. Click SAVE to continue.
Click Close on the right-hand side of the screen.
The Signature option is now available in the Action drop-down menu. Click Signature to add to the Contact Person selected.
The Signature box opens. Let the contact person add their signature and click SAVE.
The Signature option can also be activated within the EDIT DETAILS form. Click the Action drop-down arrow and select Edit.
The EDIT DETAILS form opens. Click the More Menu.
Select Icons Setup if the Signature options is not available.
The FORM ACTION ICONS form opens. Click the Signature tick box to activate the option. Click SAVE to continue.
The Signature option is now available. Select to view, Edit or Clear.
