How to Setup E-mail Templates (Signature)

An email template or signature is pre-styled for graphic content. Company Logo's and signatures that have to be used in all or some customer communications can be set-up, resulting in increased productivity.

The quick address link is: /?email_templates

Click COMMUNICATION then E-mail Templates. This opens up the E-mail Templates page.

On the right-hand side of the E-MAIL TEMPLATES Heading bar Click Add New to add a New template. Or click on an existing template to edit.

The E-mail Templates form opens.

Always include {tag_EmailContent} tag where the main message of the Email will be located. Eg. Before the signature but after the heading.

  1. Add a Unique Name in the Template Name field.
  2. Choose the company Profile this message belongs to.
  3. Decide if this Template is a System Template or not.

This is where you can add Company Logo, Call to action links etc.

Click SAVE when finished.
