How to create Customer Contact Source
Customer Sources Picklists are selection lists used to populate the Customer Sources data input field in Contacts with one of a number of predefined values. Picklists provided in the standard system can be altered to use customer-specific values.
Click on the Customer Sources Icon in the CONTACTS Section of the Picklists page.

The Picklists - Customer Sources page opens with a current list of Customer Sources. To add another Customer Sources, Click Add New in the header bar.
The Picklists - Customer Sources page opens with the ADD NEW Customer Sources form enabled. Enter the New Customer Source name and the Order in which it appears. Choose if this is a Default for each Contact that is added.
Click the down arrow in the Profile field to select the Profile this Customer Sources belongs to. Only users belonging to the selected Profile will be able to see the Customer Sources. To Create Profiles Refer article How to create a Profile.
Extended ID is a background system field. DO NOT EDIT.
Click SAVE to commit the New Customer Sources to the system.
To Delete a Customer Sources, Click Delete at the end of the row of the Customer Sources that has to be deleted.
